The Greater Metropolitan Automobile Dealers Association (GMADA)  is a trade association representing the majority of franchised new car and truck dealerships in the seven-county Minneapolis and St. Paul metropolitan area.  GMADA annually produces the Twin Cities Auto Show, the largest consumer show in the Upper Midwest that jumpstarts spring motor vehicle sales.  Through the Minnesota Advertising Standards program, GMADA has a partnership with Better Business Bureau of Minnesota and North Dakota to create an ethical advertising environment benefitting consumers.

GMADA also supports the operations of its members by negotiating labor contracts for their service department employees with the local Teamsters and Machinists unions and managing their local health and welfare trusts.
